In 10 minutes you can reach Borgo Pio and Prati, where you can find dozens of restaurants and typical “trattorie”, where Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe are the master with all of the typical roman recipes. In 15 minutes you can reach Castel Sant’angelo and the Tiber, just cross the beautiful pedestrian bridge and you will find yourself in the middle of the historical centre.
